Run by Coaches with high-level experience at High School, Club, Travel and International levels. World class conditioning trainers. Softball specific skill instruction. 12U 14U & 16U COMPETITIVE FAST-PITCH SOFTBALL
If you are a SERIOUS High School Level Softball Player, this is the program for you.
PRACTICE DAY: Tuesday & Thursday 7-830 pm GAME DAY: Weekends

PW PAL T-BALL
Program best enjoyed by all athletes in pre-k through 1st grade
PAL offers the absolute best T-Ball and Developmental Baseball and Softball Programs anywhere! We can state that unequivocally since it all starts at the top and at the beginning with professional coaching that inspires proper learning of technique and fundamentals and fosters a love of the game by promoting success. The force behind PAL'S program is the legendary Lou Santos. PAL is honored to have the esteemed Lou Santos directing our T-Ball and developmental baseball and softball programs. Lou has nearly 50 (FIFTY) years coaching experience at all levels of the game.

MONDAY NIGHT FLAG FOOTBALL
Program best enjoyed by athletes in 3rd – 6th Grade and 7th Grade and up.
PAL's MNFF is the only place to play Flag Football under the lights. A combination of instruction and games so that skills are developed and the sport is learned properly. If you want all the benefits of football and sports, flag football is the answer. It is the same sport, with the same competitiveness, the same fitness, and the same life lessons, but because there is no tackling, the risk to the brain is lowered to almost nothing. In fact, our athletes don’t even need safety gear because there is no impact. Each session will feature 20 minutes of instruction and a timed game of 2 20-minute half's.

PAL SOCCER SUNDAY'S For Boys & Girls
Kicking Kiddies program best enjoyed by all athletes in pre-k through 1st grade
The Kicking Kiddies Program main objective is to initiate a lifelong love of the game of soccer and to promote and emphasize the skill of dribbling, dribbling, dribbling, and more Dribbling.

PAL SMALL SIDED SOCCER SUNDAY'S For Boys & Girls
Small Sided Soccer program best enjoyed by all athletes in 2nd through 4th grade
Small-Sided Soccer are soccer games with fewer players competing on a smaller sized field. These are fun games that involve the players more because fewer players are sharing one ball and it has a definite developmental impact on our younger soccer players.

10 AND UNDER TENNIS
program best enjoyed by boys and girls new to the sport
This innovative tennis program is designed for beginner junior players ages 10 and Under. We use small courts, equipment and balls designed for young players. This program is fun and designed to give our youngest players the greatest opportunity to learn and love Tennis.

PW PAL OUTDOOR BASKETBALL
Clinics and Leagues for Boys and Girls 1st grade and up
Meet SETH GOODMAN - Basketball Director: The program is supervised by accomplished Women's College Basketball Coach Seth Goodman. In his 11 seasons at Monroe College, Coach Goodman had an overall 269-57 record....won 3 njcaa national championship....won 9 straight region XV championships....made 8 straight njcaa final four...and sent over 50 girls to four year colleges. And now meet ERIC SILVER, HEAD COACH and the Coach who used to Coach Seth Goodman!
BASKETBALL SKILLS CLINICS (6-Week program enjoyed by boys and girls in 1st - 3rd Grade)
DAY: Sunday starting September 10, 2017 TIME: 10 – 11 am LOCATION: PAL Basketball Court (325 Main Street) GIRLS on the North Court, BOYS on the SOUTH court FEE: $125
ADVANCED BASKETBALL SKILLS CLINIC (6-Week program enjoyed by boys and girls in 4th - 6th Grade)
DAY: Sunday starting September 10, 2017 TIME: 11 am – 12 pm LOCATION: PAL Basketball Court (325 Main Street) GIRLS on the North Court, BOYS on the SOUTH court FEE: $125
OUTDOOR BASKETBALL LEAGUE (6-Week League (8 games + play offs) boys and girls in divisions 4th – 10th Grade)
DAY: Starting starting September 10, 2017 GAME TIMES: will vary, some weeknights under the lights LOCATION: PAL Basketball Court (325 Main Street) FEE: $125 individual (includes shirt) all individual registrants will be placed on a team. TEAM FEE: $750
Team fee includes adult certified referee fee and shirts. CYO, AAU, Club and Travel teams welcome to enter as a team. Team entries must have their own adult coach. We are also accepting requests to be placed with friends. There is a zero tolerance policy for fighting.
PW PAL BASEBALL
Baseball program for all ages focusing on fundamentals of the sport and developing passionate players
ROOKIE LEAGUE: Best enjoyed by athletes with limited experience under age 8. For the athlete too old for T-Ball but not yet ready for self-pitch. This program is Coach pitch transitioning to self-pitch. GAMES: Sunday 10-11 am. Practice Monday 6 – 730 pm. May include limited local travel.
MINORS BASEBALL: Best enjoyed by athletes with some experience under age 10. Practice Wednesday 6 – 730, games primarily Saturday. This is a local travel program.
MAJORS BASEBALL: Best enjoyed by athletes with baseball experience under age 12. Practice Monday 7-830, games primarily Saturday. This is a local travel program.
TRAVEL BASEBALL: Best enjoyed by athletes U14 and up. Practice Wednesday 7-9 pm, game schedule varies, weekend games.

The PW PAL Pirates play an NJBL Travel Schedule, feature professional coaching, are Babe Ruth / Cal Ripken sanctioned so there are no age or geographic restrictions and are the only local program that plays under the lights.
Our programs are open to all regardless of experience, location, ability to pay or any other program you may be part of. Players must be disciplined, focused, and coachable.
All PW PAL teams are coached by outstanding professional coaches. John and Chris Zucci are our lead instructors, they are truly remarkable, talented, coaches.
HIGH SCHOOL OPPORTUNITIES
ASSISTANT COACHES: ALL our programs have opportunities for HS athletes to be assistant coaches. Compensation can be monetary, community service, senior experience or a combination; whatever is most valuable to you. Email email@example.com to arrange an interview.
